Precision Universal Cylindrical Grinder
LJ27 and LJ37 series are suitable for small size grinding cylindrical and conical parts with diameter of 20mm ~ 350mm. The mechanism design can meet large-variety production and can be equipped with Subsidiary Internal Grinding, NC servo and CNC Controller.

High Rigidity Wheel Spindle
High rigidity grinding wheel spindle is equipped with Lih-Jaan copper bush type hybrid bearing. Provide stable high-accuracy even after long time heavy grinding.
Vibration-Absorbing Design
The forced lubrication system of the grinding wheel spindle features vibration absorbing function. The oil film pressure, created by the hydrodynamic bearings, automatically absorbs vibration according to the current working condition.
Diversified Processing
Headstock can be 120 ° rotation, grinding wheelhead can be rotated about 30 °(R&L), the spindle speed made in stepless. Also can be fixed and reversing, suitable for small and medium-sized, diversified cylinder processing.
